GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

COOL PLASTER is a high-coverage, eco-friendly interior dispersion paint specially formulated for direct application on gypsum plasterboards. It is made from high-quality. polymer emulsions, pigments, and special fillers. It is characterized by exceptional whiteness, high coverage, vapor permeability, and resistance to wet wiping. It is used for the decoration and protection of interior wall and ceiling surfaces in residential, commercial, and public buildings, especially for painting highly absorbent surfaces such as gypsum plasterboards, finely plastered surfaces, and other absorbent mineral substrates.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The surface to which the paint is applied must be solid, clean, dry, and free of loosely bound parts, grease, and other impurities that could negatively affect the adhesion of the coating to the substrate.

When painting gypsum plasterboards, COOL GIPS is applied directly without the use of a primer.

Before use, stir the paint thoroughly and dilute with up to 20% water. It is applied with a roller, brush, or by spraying in two coats. The second coat should be applied over the fully dried first coat. Drying time is 4–6 hours. The paint can also be applied using suitable spraying machines.
Before painting the entire surface, first paint the less accessible areas (such as corners, reveals, and areas around switches and sockets), then proceed with painting the full wall surface evenly and without interruption to avoid inconsistencies caused by overlapping.
After painting, the surfaces must be handled with care, as the coating will reach its maximum hardness and resistance to wet wiping under normal conditions (temperature of +20°C and relative humidity of 60%) after four weeks.

COOL PLASTER can be tinted with COOL concentrates to achieve pastel shades.

The optimal working temperature is from +10°C to +30°C. It must not be used at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C.

After use, clean the tools immediately with water.
