COOL PLASTER Silicone Facade Plaster

GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

COOL silicone facade plaster is a decorative plaster in paste form made from high-quality acrylic emulsion, special silicone resins, additives, pigments, and mineral fillers. It is characterized by good adhesion, high strength, water repellency, and vapor permeability. It is resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation.

It is intended for the protection and decoration of exterior facade wall surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The surface onto which the plaster is applied must be solid, dry, clean, and free of loosely bonded parts, grease, and other impurities that could negatively affect adhesion.

The plaster can be applied to all surfaces made of lime, cement, and lime-cement plasters (at least one month old), finishing layers of thermal insulation systems (at least 7 days old), and concrete surfaces (at least one month old).

Before applying the plaster, the substrate should be coated with COOL base coat for facade plasters, approximately in the shade of the finishing plaster. The drying time of the base coat is 4–6 hours.

Before use, mix the plaster with a manual electric mixer and, if necessary, dilute with a small amount of water (not more than 1%). Additional adjustments of the plaster afterward are not allowed.

Before use, always check the shade (mix at least 4–5 buckets), then prepare the required quantity of plaster appropriate for the facade area being worked on.

COOL silicone facade plaster is applied with a stainless steel trowel in a thickness equal to the largest grain size. A few minutes after application (depending on current climatic conditions), proceed with further finishing using a flat plastic trowel.

Using circular or consistent trowel movements, rub the material until a uniform final plaster structure is achieved. Work evenly and without interruption on continuous wall surfaces to avoid inconsistencies and uneven appearance.

COOL silicone facade plaster becomes touch-dry after 6 hours. After 24 hours it is completely dry and resistant to precipitation.

The optimal working temperature is from +10°C to +30°C. Do not use at temperatures below +5°C, relative air humidity above 80%, or during strong sun, wind, fog, or rain.

Lower temperatures and higher relative humidity extend the plaster drying time.

After use, wash tools immediately with water.
