GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

COOL 3×1 DTZ ANTIKA is an anti-corrosive primer and finish coating based on modified alkyd binders, special pigments and additives. It is used to protect items made of galvanized sheet, aluminum, copper and steel in the interior and exterior. It is characterized by good adhesion, high weather resistance and resistance to UV radiation.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface on which COOL 3×1 DTZ ANTIKA is applied must be solid, dry, free of greasy stains and impurities. Remove any remnants of old paint or traces of oxidation. Sand the surface with fine sandpaper N°220/320. Degrease and clean with thinner. Mix the paint well before use. If necessary, dilute with max 5% COOL 3×1 thinner. It can be applied directly to surfaces previously cleaned of corrosion. It is applied by brush or spray in one layer. The optimal thickness of the dry film is 60-80µ. COOL 3×1 DTZ ANTIKA is dry to the touch for up to 2 hours, completely dry after 24 hours. The optimal working temperature is from +10°C to +30°C. Clean the tools immediately after use with Nitro thinner.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

36 months from the date printed on the packaging. Store in the original, well-closed and undamaged factory packaging at a temperature of +5ºC to +25ºC.
