GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

COOL Aluterm is a single-component coating based on high-quality binder, aluminum paste, and solvent. COOL Aluterm is a heat-resistant paint. It permanently withstands temperatures up to 200ºC. It is used for the protection of metal surfaces exposed to elevated temperatures and atmospheric conditions. The dry film is elastic with a silver appearance, reflects thermal radiation, and is resistant to atmospheric conditions, water, and oil. It adheres excellently to the substrate. Its application is in the automotive industry (wheels, exhaust mufflers, car bodies, etc.), as well as for the protection of process equipment, tanks, silos, metal and steel structures, pipelines, power lines, and more.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It is applied with a brush, roller, or spray gun on a well-cleaned and degreased surface in one or two coats. The second coat should be applied after 24 hours. Use Oil thinner for dilution and cleaning of tools.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

36 months from the date printed on the packaging. Store in the original, well-closed, and undamaged factory packaging at a temperature of +5ºC to +25ºC.
