GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

COOL ISPUNA is a powder material based on gypsum, with the addition of certain additives and natural fillers. It is intended for filling plasterboard joints, with semicircular HRAK and beveled AX edges, using bandage tapes. It is used for filling and smoothing joints, filling unevenness and damage, as well as screws for fixing plasterboard panels. It is simple to prepare and easy to apply. It is characterized by good adhesion, longer open working time and strength.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

COOL FILL of 5 kg is poured into about 2.4 kg of clean and cold water, mixed by hand or with an electric mixer until a homogeneous mixture is formed, without lumps. If the mixture is too thick, add water afterwards. After preparation, the mass can be fertilized for 60 minutes. When processing plasterboard joints, clean the joints from dust, foreign impurities, weakly bonded parts, the substrate itself must be solid, clean and dry. Fill the joints themselves with the prepared material, then lay the bandage tape and gently press it into the material and smooth it out. The second layer is applied to the previous dry layer. Smooth any unevenness. If necessary, the third layer for fine smoothing can be applied to the hardened second layer. To obtain an extremely flat surface, make the final layer about 30 cm wide. The optimal working temperature is between +10ºC and +30ºC. It should not be used below +5ºC. After use, clean the tools immediately with water.
