COOL UNI CONSTRUCTION ADHESIVE FOR STYROFOAM AND MESH

GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

COOL Uni construction adhesive for styrofoam and mesh is made based on polymers and cement for bonding thermal insulation boards made of styrofoam and reinforcing mesh.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The substrates made of concrete that is at least 2 months old, brick, extended mortar, gas concrete, salonite, etc., must be flat, solid, dry, clean, and free of frost.

Mix the contents of the 25 kg bag with approximately 6 liters of water, either manually or with an electric mixer, until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes and then stir again.

For bonding insulation boards: Apply COOL adhesive in strips along the edges of the board and in spots in the middle, then press the board onto the prepared substrate. The recommended number of anchors for polystyrene boards is at least 6 anchors per m². The surface of the board covered with glue must be greater than 40%. The optimal working temperature is from +5°C to +30°C. Processing of insulation boards: Apply COOL glue to the glued boards (after 2 days) with a metal trowel in a thickness of 2-3 mm. Leave the layer to dry for 48 hours (under normal conditions), and then finish with decorative plaster. The optimal working temperature is from +5 to +30°C.

The content of soluble Cr (VI) in the product is less than 0.0002% within the term and storage conditions prescribed by the manufacturer. At least 12 months in factory-sealed packaging, in dry and ventilated areas rooms at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.
