GLET MASS

GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

Cool powder mortar based on lime is a one-component mass that used for fine leveling of walls and ceilings in the interior. It is made of polymer binders, fillers, thickeners and appropriate additives. It is applied by machine and by hand. Manual application is carried out with a stainless metal trowel in two layers, up to 4 mm thick, on all types of plaster, concrete and plasterboard, as well as on already painted walls. It is white, easy to apply, vapor permeable, easy to sand and is an ideal base for all types of final water-based coatings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Preparation of the substrate

The surface must be dry, clean, solid, free of dust and other elements that are crowning and falling off. Old coatings must be sanded.

Cool powdery smooth mass preparation by being on one part of water, by hand or with an electric mixer, mix approx. 2.5 parts by weight of powdered grout (approx. 8.75 l of water and 25 kg of powder). The mass thus prepared is applied after 10 min. Be sure to mix the prepared mixture well before use.

The prepared mass is applied with a stainless trowel in a thin layer 1-2 mm thick. If necessary, apply in two layers. Dry to the touch 4-6h, dry for sanding after 12h.

After drying, sand the mass with fine sandpaper.

Clean the tools with water immediately after use. Optimum working temperature +5^oC to +30^oC. It must not be used below +5^oC.
