COOL Acrylic Primer is used for the impregnation of walls before applying dispersion paints. COOL Acrylic Primer improves the adhesion of new coatings, reduces the permeability of the substrate, and lowers the consumption of finishing coatings.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The surface must be dry, free of dust, loose particles, other impurities, grease, and parts of old plaster and concrete. For application, it needs to be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:4, 1:5, or 1:9. COOL ACRYLIC PRIMER is applied with a brush or roller.
