GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

COOL SUPER ELASTIK adhesive is made based on polymers, cement, and special additives for bonding and reinforcing thermal insulation boards made of: polystyrene, Styrodur, stone wool on mineral substrates.
\nSubstrate preparation: Substrates made of concrete at least 2 months old, brick, mortar, aerated concrete, asbestos-cement, etc., must be flat, solid, dry, clean, and free from frost.
\nMixing the compound: Mix the contents of a 25 kg bag with approximately 6 – 6.5 liters of water, by hand or with an electric mixer, until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes and mix again.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

COOL SUPER ELASTIK adhesive should be applied in strips along the edges of the board and in spots (3-5 spots) in the center, then press the board onto the prepared substrate with an overlap of 10 mm. It is recommended to use dowels for polystyrene boards, with a minimum of 6 dowels per square meter. The covered surface of the board with adhesive must be greater than 40%.
\nApplication: On the glued boards (after 2 days), apply COOL SUPER ELASTIK adhesive using a metal trowel in a thickness of 2-3 mm with an overlap of 10 mm. Allow the layer to dry for 48 hours (under normal conditions), then finish with a decorative plaster. The total thickness of the applied adhesive film should not exceed 4 mm. The optimal working temperature is between +5\u00b0C and +30\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

CONSUMPTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Adhesive application: Polystyrene 3.0-4.0 kg\/m\u00b2; 4-5 kg\/m\u00b2 for EPS; 6-7 kg\/m\u00b2 for MV and reinforcement.<\/p>\n

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The content of soluble Cr (VI) in the product is less than 0.0002% within the shelf life and storage conditions specified by the manufacturer. At least 12 months in factory-sealed packaging, in dry and ventilated rooms at a temperature of +5 to +30\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
