Cool glet masa
This one-component powder lime-based skim coat is used for fine smoothing of interior walls and ceilings. It is made of polymeric binders, fillers, thickeners and suitable additives. Apply by hand or stainless metal trowel in two layers up to 4 mm thick, on all types of mortar, concrete and plasterboards, as well as on already painted walls.
Application:
The surface must be cleaned of dust and other elements that crumble and fall off, and the old smooth coats are to be sanded. Prior to application, impregnation with the COOL substrate is recommended (according to the manufacturer’s instructions). Prepare the powder lime-based skim coat by mixing approximately 2.5 parts of the powder skim coatwith one part of water (approximately 8.75 liters of water and 25 kg of powder) by hand or electric mixer. Apply the prepared mass after 10 minutes. Make sure to mix well before using the prepared compound. The prepared compound is applied with a stainless trowel in a thin layer of 1 – 2mm. If necessary, apply two layers. Dry between layers for 4 – 6 hours. After drying, ground with fine sandpaper. After use, rinse tools with water immediately. The optimum operating temperature should range from +5°C to + 35°C. The surface is dry to touch in 4 – 6 hours, and the surface is dry for sanding after 12 h.
Shelf life and storage:
Keep in original closed packaging as recommended (dry room, a temperature from + 5°C to + 35°C).The product is usable for 12 months.
